Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for eligible items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products cannot be returned.

In-Person Returns

Eligible items may also be returned in person by appointment.

Please bring:

  • The unopened item in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase

All in-person returns are reviewed at the time of drop-off. Approved returns may be exchanged, credited, or refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Skincare services or treatments
  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Proof of purchase

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, based on availability.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Refund processing times vary by bank or credit card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email aprilmarie.g@outlook.com before sending any items back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
